The quality is a basic and fundamental element in our company. We demand it to our materials as to our personnel. The low number of annual incidences that we have, guarantees our work. In addition:Quality Assurance
. Ermec has their own plan to assure the quality. The Ermec products offer optimal quality, assuring an almost perfect tracebility. At this moment, we do not have certificate of quality assurance, although our procedures follow this norm. Practically all our suppliers and customers have the ISO9001 Certification. Contsequently, they already follow norms very defined that we follow. We are not manufacturers: we only make the distribution.
